This placeholder terms page is included for the Phase 1 marketplace MVP. It will later define the rules for homeowner use, provider listings, subscription billing, acceptable content, and platform responsibilities.
Marketplace use
Homeowners may browse and contact providers, while lawn care companies may create and manage listings subject to future moderation and subscription rules.
Provider subscriptions
Future production terms should specify billing cadence, cancellation windows, listing eligibility, and any refund or suspension policies.

This page is a structural placeholder for design and MVP flow completeness and should be finalized before public launch.
