Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Platform, we automatically collect device and browser data (device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and device identifiers), usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent, links clicked, and search queries), approximate location data derived from your IP address, and information from cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 6 below.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate the Platform and manage your account; verify Provider listings and maintain listing quality standards; send you transactional messages (account confirmations, payment receipts, listing status updates) and, where you have opted in, promotional communications; analyze usage patterns and improve the Platform; detect and prevent fraudulent activity and unauthorized access; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances.

With other Users. When a Provider's listing is approved and set to "Live," their business name, service area, contact information, profile photo, gallery photos, and service descriptions are visible to Homeowners browsing the Platform.

With service providers. We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform:

4. Retention of Your Information

When your account is closed or your information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it, unless we are required to retain it by law. Payment records are retained for a minimum of seven years as required by applicable financial regulations.
